Samsung Semiconductor, Inc. LC003D Series Chip On Board (COB) LED module. This warm white square configuration offers a 2700K color temperature with a 2-Step MacAdam ellipse for precise color consistency. Featuring a 9.80mm diameter Light Emitting Surface (LES) and a 115° viewing angle, this module is designed for high-efficiency illumination. Tested at 90mA, it achieves 133 lm/W with a typical luminous flux of 413lm at 34.6V forward voltage. Maximum forward current is 230mA, with a CRI of 80.
