The Rohm Semiconductor BU52493NUZ-ZE2 is an omnipolar Hall effect sensor designed for precise magnetic field detection. This CMOS digital switch operates across a supply voltage range of 1.65V to 3.6V, with a remarkably low supply current of only 8µA maximum. Its output current capability is up to 500µA. The BU52493NUZ-ZE2 features a Hall effect technology with a sensing range of ±5.5mT for trip and ±1.9mT for release, enabling detection of both north and south magnetic poles. Packaged in a 4-XFDFN exposed pad, it is suitable for surface mounting and operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
