Rohm Semiconductor SCS320AMC is a Silicon Carbide (SiC) Schottky diode designed for high-performance applications. This component features a 650 V reverse voltage rating and a 20 A average rectified forward current capability. The SCS320AMC exhibits a low forward voltage drop of 1.5 V at 20 A and a reverse leakage current of 100 µA at its maximum rated voltage.
