Rohm Semiconductor 1SR153-400T-32 is a general-purpose diode designed for 400V reverse voltage applications with a maximum forward current of 1A. This through-hole component, packaged in a DO-41 Mini, Axial (MSR) format, features a fast recovery time of 400 ns. The forward voltage drop is 1.3V at 800mA, and the reverse leakage current is a minimal 10 µA at 400V. Operating junction temperature can reach up to 150°C (Max).
