Rohm Semiconductor's 2SCR372PT100R is an NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for surface mount applications. This component features a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 120V and a continuous collector current capability of 700mA. With a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 120 at 100mA and 5V, and a transition frequency of 220MHz, it is suitable for general-purpose amplification and switching.
