The Rohm Semiconductor BD39001EKV-CE2 is a triple-output power management IC featuring a combination of step-down (buck), step-down/step-up (buck/boost), and linear (LDO) voltage regulation topologies. This highly integrated solution operates within a 4V to 30V input voltage range and provides adjustable output for one channel, a fixed 3.3V/900mA output for a second channel, and a fixed 5V/600mA output for the third. The switching frequency is configurable between 200kHz and 550kHz. Designed for surface mounting, it is supplied in a 48-HTQFP (7x7) package via tape and reel. The BD39001EKV-CE2 includes a power-on sequencing capability and is suitable for applications in the automotive and industrial sectors. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
