Rohm Semiconductor RB541XNFHTR is a three-independent Schottky diode array designed for automotive applications. This component features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 100mA per diode, with a low forward voltage of 350mV at 10mA. The current leakage is rated at 10µA at 10V. Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, it operates at junction temperatures up to 125°C. The device is housed in a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, or SOT-363 package, supplied on tape and reel (TR).
