Rohm Semiconductor DAN222MFHT2L is a dual diode array featuring a common cathode configuration. This small signal diode array is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and an average rectified current of 100mA per diode. With a forward voltage of 1.2V at 100mA and a reverse recovery time of 4ns, it is suitable for high-speed switching applications. The device operates within a junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and exhibits a low reverse leakage current of 100nA at 70V. Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and designated for automotive applications, the DAN222MFHT2L is supplied in a VMD3 (SOT-723) surface mount package on tape and reel.
