Rohm Semiconductor UMF17NTR is a pre-biased bipolar transistor array featuring one NPN and one PNP transistor in a single UMT6 package. This device offers a 50V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 100mA for the NPN and 150mA for the PNP. The NPN transistor exhibits a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 20 at 20mA, 5V, with a transition frequency of 250MHz, while the PNP transistor provides a minimum hFE of 180 at 1mA, 6V and a transition frequency of 140MHz. Integrated base resistors of 2.2kOhms are present on both devices. Typical saturation voltages are 300mV (NPN) and 500mV (PNP) at specified current levels.
