Rohm Semiconductor UMC5NTR is a dual pre-biased bipolar transistor array featuring one NPN and one PNP transistor within a single UMT5 package. This device offers collector currents up to 30mA for the NPN and 100mA for the PNP, with a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 50V. The integrated base resistors are 47kO for the NPN and 4.7kO for the PNP, with emitter base resistors of 47kO and 10kO respectively, simplifying circuit design. Achieving a transition frequency of 250MHz, the UMC5NTR is suitable for applications requiring signal switching and amplification in consumer electronics and industrial control systems. Maximum power dissipation is 150mW, and it is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging.
