Rohm Semiconductor UMC2NTR is a pre-biased bipolar transistor featuring a complementary NPN and PNP configuration within a single UMT5 package. This dual transistor offers a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) breakdown of 50V and a maximum collector current (Ic) of 30mA.
