Renesas Electronics Corporation NEPOC series PS2581AL2-E3-A is a single-channel, transistor output optocoupler. This device provides 5000Vrms isolation and features a surface-mount 4-SMD Gull Wing package. The input accepts DC signals with a typical forward voltage (Vf) of 1.2V and a maximum DC forward current (If) of 30mA. The output stage, a transistor, can sink up to 30mA.
