Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL9012IRJCZ-T is a dual-output, low quiescent current LDO voltage regulator. This surface mount device, housed in a 10-DFN (3x3) package, provides two fixed outputs at 2.8V and 1.8V, capable of delivering up to 150mA and 300mA respectively. The device features enable control, over current protection, over temperature protection, soft start, and under voltage lockout (UVLO).
