Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL9000AIRLLZ-T is a dual-output, fixed 2.9V linear voltage regulator. This LDO regulator provides 300mA output current from each of its two positive output rails. The ISL9000AIRLLZ-T features an exceptionally low quiescent current of 32 µA, making it suitable for battery-powered applications, and a typical input supply current of 52 µA.
