Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL78307FBECZ is a positive adjustable linear voltage regulator IC designed for demanding automotive applications. This AEC-Q100 qualified component offers a highly efficient solution with a quiescent current of 24 µA and a supply current of only 82 µA (max). It provides a stable output current of 50mA and features adjustable output voltage from 2.5V up to 12V, with a maximum input voltage of 40V. Protection features include over-current and over-temperature shutdown. The device is housed in an 8-SOIC-EP package with an exposed pad for enhanced thermal performance, suitable for surface mounting.
