Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL6700IB-T is a half-bridge gate driver IC designed for driving N-channel MOSFETs. This non-inverting, independent dual-channel driver features a peak output current of 1.4A source and 1.3A sink, with typical rise and fall times of 5ns. Operating from a supply voltage range of 9V to 15V, it supports a high-side voltage up to 80V via bootstrap. The logic input thresholds are 0.8V (VIL) and 2.2V (VIH). Supplied in an 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) surface mount package on tape and reel, the ISL6700IB-T is engineered for demanding applications within industrial and automotive power control systems.
