Renesas Electronics Corporation's EL7457CL-T7 is a four-channel, independent gate driver IC designed for surface mount applications. This component features N-channel and P-channel MOSFET gate driving capability with a non-inverting input. It provides robust performance with peak output currents of 2A sourcing and sinking, and fast rise/fall times of 13.5ns and 13ns respectively. Operating across a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V, the EL7457CL-T7 supports both high-side and low-side driven configurations. The device's logic voltage thresholds are specified at 0.8V for VIL and 2V for VIH. Packaged in a 16-QFN (4x4) with an exposed pad, this component is supplied on tape and reel. It finds application in power management systems, motor control, and automotive electronics.
