Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL8273MCIRZ is a digital, non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module from the ISL8273M series. This compact power module delivers a single output with an adjustable voltage range from 0.6V to 2.5V and supports a maximum output current of 80A.
