The Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL8270M series ISL8270MAIRZ-T is a digital, non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module. This single-output device provides an adjustable output voltage range from 0.6V to 5V with a maximum output current of 25A, delivering up to 125W of power. It operates from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 14V. Key features include remote on/off control, overcurrent protection (OCP), overtemperature protection (OTP), and overvoltage protection (OVP), along with undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The surface-mount design, presented in a 40-HDA Module (17x19) package, measures 0.75" L x 0.67" W x 0.14" H (19.1mm x 17.0mm x 3.6mm).
