The Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL8212MFRZ-T1 is a non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC converter module from the ISL8212M series. This compact, surface-mount component delivers up to 15A output current with an adjustable output voltage range of 0.5V to 5V. It operates from a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, featuring high efficiency up to 95%. Integrated protection features include Over-Current Protection (OCP), Over-Temperature Protection (OTP), Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), Short-Circuit Protection (SCP), and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO). The module measures 12.0mm x 11.0mm x 5.3mm and is supplied in Tape & Reel packaging. Its robust design and extensive protection make it suitable for ITE (Commercial) applications. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
