Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL54063IRTZ-T is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each circuit offers normally open (NO) functionality with a low on-resistance of 550 mOhm typical. The device supports single-supply operation from 1.8V to 6.5V. Featuring a 60MHz -3dB bandwidth, it is suitable for applications requiring signal routing in portable electronics and consumer audio. The ISL54063IRTZ-T exhibits excellent channel isolation with -75dB crosstalk at 1MHz and low charge injection of 170pC. It is presented in a 10-TDFN (3x3) package and supplied on Tape & Reel (TR).
