Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL54063IRTZ is a dual, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each circuit offers a 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer configuration with a low on-resistance of 550mOhm typical. This device features a -3dB bandwidth of 60MHz and exhibits excellent channel-to-channel matching with Delta Ron of 15mOhm. Crosstalk is specified at -75dB at 1MHz. The ISL54063IRTZ operates from a single supply voltage range of 1.8V to 6.5V and is packaged in a 10-TDFN (3x3) with an exposed pad.
