Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL5122CBZ-T is a dual, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch. This device features two independent switches, each capable of operating as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC). With a maximum on-state resistance of 20 Ohms and low charge injection of 5pC, it is suitable for applications requiring minimal signal degradation. The ISL5122CBZ-T offers excellent off-state leakage current of 100pA and impressive crosstalk rejection of -105dB at 1MHz. Designed for single supply operation from 2.7V to 12V, it is packaged in an 8-SOIC surface mount configuration.
