Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL43741IR-T is a dual 4:1 analog switch featuring SP4T (Single Pole, 4 Throw) configuration per circuit. This component offers a low on-resistance of 60 Ohms maximum and exhibits excellent channel-to-channel matching with a Delta Ron of 1.3 Ohms. Designed for surface mount applications, it is supplied in a 20-QFN (4x4) package on tape and reel.
