Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL43240IR is a Quad SPDT analog switch designed for 2:1 multiplexer applications. Each of the four circuits features a low on-resistance of 25 Ohms maximum. This device operates effectively over a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 12V single supply or ±2V to ±6V dual supply. Exhibiting a channel capacitance of 10pF and charge injection of 5pC maximum, the ISL43240IR ensures signal integrity. It boasts excellent isolation with crosstalk of -92dB at 1MHz. The switch time is a maximum of 65ns for turn-on and 50ns for turn-off. Typical applications include battery-powered equipment, audio/video signal routing, and general-purpose analog signal switching.
