Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL43144IV-T is a quad single-pole, single-throw (SPST) normally open analog switch. This device features a low on-resistance of 25 Ohms maximum across its operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuit configuration supports single supply operation from 2.7V to 12V or dual supply operation from ±2.6V to ±6V. Key performance characteristics include a charge injection of 5pC maximum and channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 500 mOhms. Leakage current (IS(off)) remains below 100pA maximum. With a 16-TSSOP package, this component is suitable for applications in industrial control, test and measurement, and consumer electronics where efficient signal routing is critical.
