Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL43140IBZ-T is a quad, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch. Each channel features normally closed (NC) operation and an on-state resistance of 65 Ohms maximum. This device supports single supply operation from 2.7V to 12V or dual supplies from ±2.6V to ±6V. The ISL43140IBZ-T offers low charge injection of 1pC and channel-to-channel resistance matching of 2 Ohms. Leakage current is specified at a maximum of 1nA.
