The Powerex Inc. C430M is a standard recovery SCR with a 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM). This component features a 1070A RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)) and an average on-state current (IT(AV)) of 680A. Its non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) reaches 7300A and 8000A at 50Hz and 60Hz respectively. The C430M has a maximum off-state current (IDRM) of 20mA and requires a gate trigger current (IGT) of 125mA with a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of 5V. The on-state voltage drop (VTM) is a maximum of 2.4V. Designed for clamp-on mounting in the TO-200AB (A-PUK) Press-Pak (Pow-R-Disc) package, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
