The C390PB exhibits a 2.4 V maximum on-state voltage and requires 150 mA gate current for triggering at 5 V. It boasts a high surge current capability of 7600 A at 50 Hz and 8000 A at 60 Hz. With a maximum off-state current of 45 mA, this SCR is suitable for demanding power control in industrial motor drives, power supplies, and welding equipment. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C.
