Powerex Inc. SCR C390D is a standard recovery, chassis mount SCR with a 400V repetitive peak off-state voltage and a 700A RMS on-state current. This Press-Pak (Pow-R-Disc) component features a high surge current capability of 7600A (50Hz) and 8000A (60Hz). The maximum on-state voltage drop (Vtm) is 2.4V, with a gate trigger current (Igt) requirement of 150mA and a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 5V. Designed for demanding applications, it operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The B-PUK (TO-200AC) package facilitates efficient thermal management.
