Powerex Inc. C380MX500 is a standard recovery SCR with a 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage and 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage. This clamp-on Press-Pak (Pow-R-Disc) component offers a 500A RMS on-state current and 310A average on-state current. It features a 2.85V maximum on-state voltage and a 150mA maximum gate trigger current with a 3V gate trigger voltage. The non-repetitive surge current is rated at 5000A and 5500A at 50Hz and 60Hz respectively, with a 20mA maximum off-state current. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C. The TO-200AB, A-PUK package is suitable for power control applications in industries such as industrial motor control, power supplies, and welding equipment.
