The Powerex Inc. C150M is a standard recovery SCR with a 600V blocking voltage and 100A RMS on-state current capability. This stud-mount device, housed in a TO-94 package, features a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 150mA and a gate trigger voltage (VGT) of up to 3V. Its holding current (IH) is rated at a maximum of 500mA. The C150M exhibits an off-state current of 10mA and an on-state voltage drop (VTM) of 2.6V at its rated current. Non-repetitive surge current handling is 1400A at 50Hz and 1500A at 60Hz. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C.
