Powerex Inc. POW-R-BLOK™ NDR31634 is a high-performance SCR module designed for demanding power control applications. This dual SCR configuration features a robust Series Connection - All SCRs structure, enabling efficient operation in high-power systems. With a repetitive peak off-state voltage of 1.6 kV and a continuous on-state current of 340 A (average) and 534 A (RMS), this module is well-suited for industrial motor control, power conversion, and welding equipment. The NDR31634 offers excellent surge capability with an ItsM rating of up to 10400 A. Its chassis mount design and operating temperature range of -40°C to 130°C (TJ) ensure reliable performance in harsh environments.
