Powerex Inc. ND421221 is a dual SCR module designed for high-power applications. This POW-R-BLOK™ module features a series connection of an SCR and a diode, with a repetitive peak off-state voltage rating of 1.2 kV. The on-state current handling capacity is 210 A (average) and 330 A (RMS). It offers a non-repetitive surge current of 11190 A at 60 Hz. The gate trigger current (Igt) is a maximum of 150 mA, with a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) not exceeding 3 V. Operating within a temperature range of -40°C to 130°C (TJ), this chassis mount module is suitable for industrial power control, motor drives, and power supply rectification.
