Powerex Inc. LD431250 is a dual Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) module designed for high-power applications. This component features a 1200V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a 900A RMS on-state current (IT(AV)). The module is configured in a series connection, housing two SCRs within a chassis mount POW-R-BLOK™ package. It offers a substantial surge current capability of up to 17000A at 60Hz.
