The Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM75RX-24S is a three-phase inverter IGBT module with integrated braking capability. This chassis-mount module offers a 1200V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a 75A continuous collector current (Ic). It features a maximum power dissipation of 600W and a typical Vce(on) of 2.15V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 75A collector current. The input capacitance (Cies) is rated at 7.5nF at 10V. An integrated NTC thermistor is included for thermal management. This component is suitable for applications in industrial motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and renewable energy systems. It is supplied in Bulk packaging.
