Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM75RX-24A is a three-phase inverter IGBT module with an integrated brake function. This chassis mount module offers a 1200V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current rating of 75A, with a maximum power dissipation of 500W. Featuring a standard input and a Vce(on) of 2.6V at 15V Vge and 75A Ic, it also includes an NTC thermistor for thermal monitoring.
