Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM600HX-24A is a single configuration IGBT module designed for high-power applications. This chassis mount module features a maximum collector current of 600 A and a collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 1200 V. The module offers a maximum power dissipation of 3785 W and a typical Vce(on) of 2.6V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 600A collector current. Input capacitance (Cies) is rated at 100 nF at 10V. The CM600HX-24A includes an integrated NTC thermistor for thermal management and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
