Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ Series CM600HX-12A is a single-configuration IGBT module designed for high-power applications. This chassis mount module features a 600V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 600A, with a power dissipation capability of 1890W. The module includes an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and offers a low on-state voltage of 2.1V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 600A collector current.
