The Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM600HA-12H is a high-performance single IGBT module designed for demanding power applications. This module offers a 600V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current capability of 600A, with a maximum power dissipation of 2100W. Featuring a low Vce(on) of 2.8V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 600A collector current, it minimizes switching losses. The module has an input capacitance (Cies) of 60 nF at 10V. Engineered for chassis mounting, it operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
