Powerex Inc. presents the CM600DU-12NFH, an IGBTMOD™ series half-bridge module. This power semiconductor device is rated for a collector-emitter voltage (Vce) breakdown of 600 V and a continuous collector current (Ic) of up to 600 A. Featuring a low saturation voltage (Vce(on)) of 2.7 V at 15 V gate-emitter voltage and 600 A collector current, it offers efficient power handling with a maximum power dissipation of 1130 W. The module incorporates a standard input type with an input capacitance (Cies) of 166 nF at 10 V.
