Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ series CM200TU-5F is a high-performance IGBT module designed for demanding power conversion applications. This three-phase inverter configuration features a 250V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 200A. The Trench IGBT technology ensures excellent switching characteristics and low on-state voltage, with a typical Vce(on) of 1.7V at 10V gate-emitter voltage and 200A collector current.
The CM200TU-5F is rated for a maximum power dissipation of 600W and operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. Its chassis mount package facilitates robust thermal management in industrial power supplies, motor drives, and electric vehicle charging systems. Input capacitance (Cies) is specified at 66 nF at 10V.
