Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM200DY-24H is a half-bridge IGBT module designed for high-power applications. This module features a 1200 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum continuous collector current of 200 A. With a maximum power dissipation of 1500 W and a Vce(on) of 3.4V at 15V Vge and 200A Ic, it offers efficient power switching. The input capacitance (Cies) is 40 nF at 10 V. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), this chassis-mount module is suitable for industrial motor drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and welding equipment. The CM200DY-24H is supplied in bulk packaging.
