Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM200DX-24A is a Half Bridge IGBT module designed for demanding power conversion applications. This chassis mount module features a 1200 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 200 A. With a power dissipation capability of 1250 W, it is suitable for high-power switching. The module includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and offers a low on-state voltage (Vce(on)) of 2.6V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 200A collector current. Input capacitance (Cies) is rated at 35 nF at 10 V. The CM200DX-24A operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
