This chassis mount module offers a robust 1200V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a 150A continuous collector current (Ic max). With a maximum power dissipation of 1150W, it features a low Vce(on) of 2.15V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 150A collector current. The module includes an integrated NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring and boasts a low input capacitance (Cies) of 15 nF at 10V.
