Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM150RX-12A is a high-performance IGBT module designed for three-phase inverter applications with braking capability. This chassis-mount module features a 600V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 150A. With a power dissipation of 520W and a low Vce(on) rating of 2.1V at 15V Vge and 150A Ic, it ensures efficient power conversion. The module includes an integrated NTC thermistor for thermal monitoring. Its robust construction and operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C make it suitable for demanding industrial applications, including motor drives, power supplies, and renewable energy systems. The input capacitance (Cies) is 18 nF at 10V.
