Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM150DU-34KA is a robust half-bridge IGBT module designed for high-power applications. This module offers a 1700 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a 150 A continuous collector current (Ic) capability, with a maximum power dissipation of 1100 W.
