Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM1400DU-24NF is a Half Bridge IGBT Module designed for high-power applications. This module features a collector-emitter voltage rating of 1200 V and a continuous collector current capability of 1400 A. With a maximum power dissipation of 3900 W and a Vce(on) of 2.5V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 1400A collector current, it offers efficient power handling. The input capacitance (Cies) is 220 nF at 10V. Operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ), this chassis mount module is suitable for industrial motor drives and power conversion systems. The module is supplied in Bulk packaging.
