Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM100TU-24F is a high-performance Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module designed for demanding power electronics applications. Featuring a trench IGBT structure, this module offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V and a continuous collector current capability of 100 A, with a maximum power dissipation of 500 W. The module is configured as a three-phase inverter, suitable for power factor correction, motor control, and industrial automation systems. Its low Vce(on) of 2.4 V at 15 V gate-emitter voltage and 100 A collector current minimizes conduction losses. With an input capacitance (Cies) of 39 nF at 10 V, it ensures efficient switching characteristics. The CM100TU-24F utilizes a robust chassis mount package for effective thermal management, operating reliably across an extended temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
