Powerex Inc. IGBTMOD™ CM100TU-24F is a high-performance Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) module designed for demanding power electronics applications. Featuring a trench IGBT structure, this module offers a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 1200 V and a continuous collector current capability of 100 A, with a maximum power dissipation of 500 W.
