Powerex Inc. CM100MXA-24S is a robust IGBT module designed for demanding power conversion applications. This Three Phase Inverter with Brake configuration offers a 1200 V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a maximum collector current of 100 A. The module dissipates up to 750 W of power and features a low Vce(on) of 2.25 V at 15 V Vge and 100 A Ic, minimizing conduction losses.
